Mentorship
Guidance for well-being practitioners bringing their work into the world
Mentorship is for yoga teachers, somatic practitioners, facilitators and emerging space-holders who want practical, thoughtful support as they develop their work.
You may be preparing to teach your first class, create a retreat, begin offering one-to-one sessions or find a clearer way to communicate what you do.
You may already be practising or facilitating, but feel unsure about the next step.
This is a space to bring your questions, ideas, uncertainty and work-in-progress and receive grounded guidance shaped by lived experience.
How is it different to coaching?
This is not coaching.
Coaching begins from the understanding that you hold the deepest answers to your own life and experience.
Mentorship is different.
Here, I bring my own perspective, experience and practical knowledge into the conversation. I may offer advice, share what I have learned, reflect back what feels unclear, identify gaps and help you make stronger decisions.
You remain the authority on your work.
But you do not have to work everything out alone. If you are more interesting in my coaching offers click here.
Mentorship may support you with:
Developing or refining your teaching
Preparing to hold one-to-one sessions
Creating your first workshop, immersion or retreat
Designing the rhythm and arc of an experience
Clarifying who your work is for
Communicating your offer in clear, human language
Building confidence without performing certainty
Pricing and structuring your work
Navigating facilitation challenges
Holding boundaries, responsibility and care
Bringing greater coherence to your body of work
Mentorship offerings
A focused session for one clear question, challenge or work in progress. You might bring a class plan, retreat idea, teaching dilemma, 1:1 offer, website copy or facilitation question. We look at what is working, what feels unclear and what may need strengthening. You leave with direct feedback, clearer decisions and practical next steps.
For something that needs more than one conversation. This could support you in creating your first retreat, developing a new offer, refining your teaching or beginning to work with people one-to-one. Across the three sessions, we move from clarity into structure and refinement. There is enough continuity to try things, return with questions and adjust as the work takes shape.
A deeper container for practitioners who are developing their work over time. This may include your facilitation, offers, communication, pricing, experience design and the wider direction of your body of work. The longer rhythm allows us to work with both the practical decisions and the deeper questions beneath them, while keeping the work coherent, sustainable and true to your own voice.
