SAVOUR RETREAT

let’s taste life again.

17-20 September 2026, Brandenburg

the art of tasting life

What if life is already here?

Over four days next to the lake, we will move through embodied practice, nature, ritual, rest, pleasure, creativity and shared experience.

We will slow down enough to listen.

To the body.
To the land.
To desire.
To what feels full.
To what is ready to be gathered.
To what may be ready to fall away.

Not to escape life, but to be in it more fully.

12 spots available, only 6 left.

Listen to the taste of Savour here.

our retreat home

Haus Erlengrund is a secluded retreat house surrounded by forest, just one hour outside Berlin.

With private access to the lake, it offers a place to step out of the city’s rhythm and into something slower, even magical.

Mornings by the water.
Walks beneath the trees.
Time to rest, move, eat and simply be.

Close enough to reach easily by car or public transport, yet far enough to feel held by nature.

A space for slowing down, listening and letting the season move through us. See more here.

Check-in: Thursday, September 17th from 5 pm

Check-out: Sunday, September 20th at 1 pm

your space holder

Savour is held by Juliana, founder of Root & Rebound.

Her work weaves somatic movement, embodied facilitation, coaching, non-dual tantra, sound, ritual and pre-Hispanic wisdom of her Mexican heritage.

She creates spaces that are grounded, invitational and spacious enough for each person to meet themselves in their own way.

At the heart of her practice is a simple intention:

to help people return to the body, listen more deeply and participate more fully in life.

Meet Caro, our chef

Caro is a Berlin-based chef whose passion for food has been with her for as long as she can remember.

She sees cooking as a way of creating connection - between people who share a table, with ourselves, and with the environment we're part of. Guided by curiosity and intuition, the kitchen feels like a playground to her where flavours are constantly being discovered and paired in unexpected ways. For Caro, cooking is about staying close to nature, close to the source of the ingredients, and allowing that proximity to guide the way a dish comes together.

A chance to gather around the table, taste every layer and let nourishment become another way of arriving.

this retreat is for you if…

you are longing for more:

spaciousness

contact with your body

pleasure without performance

more embodied presence

aliveness

connection to ritual

time in nature

play and creativity

what will we explore together?

Savouring
Letting pleasure, beauty and nourishment fully register.

Play
Making room for curiosity, spontaneity and expression beyond usefulness.

Embodied Presence
Learning to remain with the life already happening.

Wholeness
Exploring what changes when we stop treating life as something always incomplete.

Harvesting
Recognising what has grown through the summer.

Transition
Meeting the movement into autumn consciously.

A group of people in a retreat sitting cross-legged on the floor of a bright, airy room with a large window, engaging in a meditation or coaching session. There are candles, crystals, and cards in front of them, with a vase of flowers on the side.
