Wild Body Flow
A somatic movement journey guided by music, reconnecting us to the wild nature of our bodies and the essence of our being. Rooted in non-dual tantra, somatics, and the rhythms of nature, each class invites us into direct experience with sensation, breath, movement, and presence.
Through guided exploration and free movement, we create space to feel, express, release, and reconnect with what is alive within us.
All levels welcome. Available via drop-in or Urban Sports club.

Somatic Release Workout
Move, release, and reconnect to the feeling of being fully in your body. Letting go of perfection and performance and inviting more authenticity and presence.
The class includes 60-minutes of guided movement workout, followed by a 15-minute live sound bath and space at the end for journaling & connection.
All levels welcome. Available via drop-in or Urban Sports club.
Curated Class Library
Practice anytime, anywhere.
A library of somatic practices designed to awaken embodied awareness.
Each class is an invitation to meet yourself in the body, wherever you are.
Offerings include somatic workouts, yoga, movement, dance, yin, and meditation.
Why somatic practice?
Because the body is always here.
Before language.
Before thought.
Before interpretation.
There is sensation.
Breath.
Impulse.
A felt sense of what is happening within us.
Somatic practice helps us return to this layer of direct experience and embodied knowing.
Not to fix the body.
Not to optimise it.
But to listen.
To relate.
To come home.
A free somatic practice for you.
