Embodied Coaching
Here, coaching meets you as a whole being:
body, mind, heart, and energy moving as one.
the coaching offerings
A focused space for one question, decision or moment of transition. Through conversation and embodied inquiry, we slow down, listen beneath the noise and explore what may already be asking for your attention. You leave with greater clarity, a deeper connection to your own knowing and a grounded next step.
For something that needs more than one conversation. This could support you in creating your first retreat, developing a new offer, refining your teaching or beginning to work with people one-to-one. Across the three sessions, we move from clarity into structure and refinement. There is enough continuity to try things, return with questions and adjust as the work takes shape.
A deeper container for practitioners who are developing their work over time. This may include your facilitation, offers, communication, pricing, experience design and the wider direction of your body of work. The longer rhythm allows us to work with both the practical decisions and the deeper questions beneath them, while keeping the work coherent, sustainable and true to your own voice.
What is embodied coaching?
Embodied coaching is a space to meet a question, pattern or transition through more than thought alone.
Alongside conversation, we pay attention to sensation, breath, emotion, movement and the ways the body responds as we explore what is present.
Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I support you in listening more closely to your own experience, recognising what feels true and finding a way forward that is rooted in your own knowing.
The body is not used as a tool to produce an answer.
It becomes part of the conversation.
Embodied coaching may support you when you are:
moving through change
feeling disconnected from yourself
caught in overthinking
struggling to make a decision
meeting a recurring pattern
wanting to deepen self-trust
or longing to participate in life with more clarity and presence
This is not therapy, and it is not about fixing you.
It is a relational practice of slowing down, sensing, reflecting and making space for what may already be asking to be heard.
FAQs
-
Embodied coaching works with the whole of you—body, mind, heart, and nervous system. Instead of only talking about change, we slow down and listen to what your body is already communicating, allowing insight, clarity, and action to emerge from lived experience rather than force or analysis alone.
-
Traditional coaching often focuses on change & transformation in the present and future, while therapy often focuses on healing the past. Here we take the coaching approach but add the body as a central guide. We work with sensation, emotion, movement, reflection, and action, so change is not just understood, but felt, integrated, and lived.
-
Not at all. This work meets you exactly where you are. Practices are simple, invitational, and adapted to your needs, there is no “right way” to feel, move, or experience your body.
-
Sessions blend grounding, reflection, embodied awareness, dialogue, and integration. We follow what’s alive for you while staying connected to your larger intentions, ending with clarity and practical next steps.
-
Topics include life transitions, creative blocks, boundaries, relationships, self-trust, or simply reconnecting with yourself. You don’t need a defined goal (although it can help), clarity often emerges through the process
-
Yes. We move at the pace of your nervous system, prioritizing safety, choice, and consent. Strong emotions are met with gentle, embodied tools for regulation, integration, and resilience.
-
Clients often feel more grounded, clear, connected, and alive. Over time, this can show up as better decision-making, stronger boundaries, creative flow, deeper self-trust, and greater ease and agency.
-
